Terms of Use

Last updated: 2025-10-24

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trenzhub (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms or any updates, stop using the Service immediately.

About the Service

Trenzhub provides keyword intelligence for research and content planning, including:

Aggregated keyword trends and metrics (e.g., average monthly searches, competition index, bid ranges) derived from Google Ads Keyword Planner–style sources and normalized for display.

Keyword ideas (deduplicated, normalized results with aggregated metrics).

AI-generated modules (e.g., related questions, insights, tags) produced via third‑party model providers (through OpenRouter, commonly using models such as openai/gpt-4o-mini).

Frontend pages render charts, summary metrics, and AI content to help users evaluate demand and opportunities.

Accounts and Access

Public pages are accessible without an account.

The admin panel is restricted to authorized users and uses secure session cookies (e.g., an HTTP‑only payload-token) for authentication.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

Use the Service for lawful, reasonable, and compliant research and analysis only. You must not:

Circumvent rate limits, scraping protections, or caching strategies.

Bulk‑scrape, mirror, redistribute, or resell the Service’s outputs, or use them to build a competing dataset/service.

Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service or its third‑party interfaces/infrastructure.

Use the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or third‑party terms (e.g., Google, OpenRouter).

The APIs and downloads (e.g., trend and ideas endpoints) are provided to support page-level analysis, not for large‑scale automated harvesting.

AI Content and Your Inputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated and are for informational purposes only; they are not professional advice.

Do not submit sensitive personal data in prompts or search terms. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your inputs and downstream use.

To produce AI content, we may send your prompts, keywords, and templated context (e.g., a trend summary) to OpenRouter. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Data Sources and Trademarks

Trend and metrics data are derived from external sources (e.g., Google Ads Keyword Planner) and normalized. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or ongoing availability.

Mentioned platforms and brands (e.g., Google, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok) are trademarks of their respective owners. Trenzhub is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Intellectual Property

The Service’s pages, components, visuals, and code are protected by IP laws.

You retain rights in your inputs, and grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display them as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Without written permission, you may not copy, redistribute, commercialize, or use the Service’s content to train other models/services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.

We are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service (if any).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in abuse, unlawful activity, or harmful behavior.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We will indicate material changes via in‑product notice or page updates.

Governing Law and Disputes

Subject to mandatory local laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of our primary place of business/server location. Disputes will be resolved in courts with appropriate jurisdiction.
