Who We Are and Scope
Trenzhub provides keyword trends, ideas, and AI insights. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal and non‑personal information when you use the Service.
Data We Collect
Information you provide
Search keywords and other inputs used for trend queries, keyword ideas, and AI generation.
Contact form submissions (e.g., name, email, message) to respond to your inquiries.
Information collected automatically
Device/browser details, IP address, referrer, page analytics, performance and error logs.
Cookies and web storage (see “Cookies and Storage”).
On‑page cache keys (e.g., keyword‑scoped session caches) to improve responsiveness.
Third‑party and aggregated sources
Aggregated and normalized keyword metrics and historical trends (e.g., Google Ads Keyword Planner style data) that do not include your personal identity.
AI generation via OpenRouter: prompts/keywords and templated context may be sent to model providers to generate results.
How We Use Your Data
Provide and maintain the Service (return results, render charts, AI content).
Improve performance and reliability (caching, prefetching, selective refresh, error diagnostics, abuse prevention).
Analytics and product improvement (e.g., Google Analytics for aggregated usage measurement).
Communication (responding to contact requests, support, important updates).
Compliance and enforcement (detecting/preventing fraud, abuse, or violations).
Legal Bases (where applicable, e.g., GDPR)
Contract necessity (to deliver requested functionality/results).
Legitimate interests (product improvement, security, abuse prevention; you may object where applicable).
Consent (for optional analytics cookies or certain marketing uses; you can withdraw at any time).
Cookies and Storage
Necessary cookies
ssr_user: a session marker to distinguish real user requests from background re‑generation, guiding SSR decisions to avoid unintended external fetches.
payload-token: HTTP‑only admin session cookie for authenticated admins; not set for public visitors.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics (if NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is configured) may set its own cookies for usage measurement. You can control analytics via browser settings or opt‑out tools.
Local and session storage
localStorage: trenzhub-theme: saves your light/dark theme preference.
sessionStorage: trend:{keyword}, ideas:{keyword} and similar: temporary, per‑session caches of page queries for speed.
You can clear or block cookies/storage in your browser. Some features may degrade if disabled.
Sharing Your Data
Model/AI providers: OpenRouter (which may route to providers such as OpenAI)
We send prompts/keywords, templated context, and model parameters; we also send the site URL as HTTP Referer. Data is processed under their policies/terms.
Analytics: Google Analytics
Aggregated usage measurement for product improvement, processed under Google’s policies.
Metric aggregation backends
Signed/backend requests to retrieve keyword metrics and ideas from Google Ads Keyword Planner style interfaces; normalized results are stored and displayed.
Hosting and infrastructure
Cloud hosting, CDN, logging, and security vendors necessary to operate the Service, under contractual processing terms.
Legal/compliance
We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Data Retention
Keyword trend/idea documents: retained to support reuse and re‑queries; refreshed or replaced when stale.
AI generations: cached for reuse and performance (commonly around 7 days by default, depending on configuration) and replaced upon refresh.
Logs and analytics: retained as needed for operations and compliance, then deleted or de‑identified.
You may request access or deletion (see “Your Rights”).
Security
We use industry‑standard measures (access controls, least privilege, transport security, input validation) to reduce risks of unauthorized access or misuse. No method is 100% secure.
International Transfers
Your data may be processed outside your region. We apply reasonable safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses) as required by applicable law.
Your Rights
Where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent.
For CCPA/CPRA: you may request to know, delete, and opt out of sale/sharing of personal information where applicable. We do not sell personal information.
Contact us via the site’s Contact page or at privacy@trenzhub.com to exercise rights. We may need to verify your identity.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children. If you believe a child’s personal data was collected without proper consent, contact us and we will address it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be indicated via in‑product notice or page updates. Continued use signifies acceptance.
