Terms for Using Trenzhub

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of Trenzhub, including public keyword pages, search tools, trend charts, keyword ideas, downloads, account features, settings, admin areas, APIs, and related services.

By using Trenzhub, creating an account, submitting a keyword, uploading content, or using an API, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service and informational use

• Trenzhub provides keyword research, trend intelligence, search-volume context, competition benchmarks, ad signals, related ideas, history views, exports, and public reports.
• Data may come from third-party providers, public or licensed datasets, cached responses, and service-side processing.
• Output is informational only and is not financial, legal, advertising, medical, compliance, investment, product, or other professional advice.
• You are responsible for independently validating business, advertising, product, SEO, marketplace, legal, or financial decisions.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials, devices, sessions, and third-party login accounts secure.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data, secrets, confidential business plans, regulated data, payment data, IDs, or other sensitive information.
• Do not bypass limits, authentication, access controls, billing controls, cache rules, robots rules, or security controls.
• Do not scrape abusively, overload, reverse engineer, attack, disrupt, or use Trenzhub for spam, deception, malware, unlawful surveillance, discrimination, infringement, or other harmful activity.

4. Your content and submitted keywords

You retain rights you already have in submitted keywords, profile fields, avatar images, and other content.

You grant Trenzhub and its operators a non-exclusive license to host, process, cache, display, transmit, analyze, and use submitted content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

5. Third-party services and data

Trenzhub may use Cloudflare, Google, GitHub, authentication providers, analytics, trend data providers, and other integrations. Those providers may have their own terms and notices.

Trenzhub is not responsible for third-party outages, limits, data changes, data accuracy, API policy changes, account restrictions, or interruptions outside its reasonable control.

6. Intellectual property

• Trenzhub, its software, design, interface, logos, documentation, and service structure are owned by the operator or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
• These Terms do not transfer ownership of Trenzhub or provider datasets to you.
• You may use output for internal research and planning, subject to these Terms and provider restrictions.

7. Availability, limits, and termination

• Trenzhub may change, pause, limit, remove, or discontinue features, datasets, reports, integrations, exports, APIs, or accounts.
• Some features may be experimental, incomplete, provider-dependent, or limited to certain users.
• The operator may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risk, legal risk, excessive use, or practical inability to continue service.

8. Privacy, fees, and changes

• The Privacy Policy explains how Trenzhub handles searches, account data, local storage, cookies, analytics, logs, and integrations.
• If paid features are added, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and tax terms should be presented before purchase or use.
• Trenzhub may update these Terms as the service, integrations, laws, or business needs change.

9. Disclaimers and liability

Trenzhub is provided as-is and as-available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trenzhub disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trenzhub and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, data-loss, goodwill, revenue, opportunity, ranking, traffic, advertising, or marketplace damages.
