Privacy Policy
How Trenzhub Handles Data
Effective date: April 24, 2026
This policy describes the current Trenzhub product and infrastructure. It is not legal advice, and deployments with different operators, regions, integrations, or paid features may need additional terms.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Trenzhub handles information when you use public keyword pages, account features, settings, admin surfaces, APIs, and related services.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business plans, regulated data, payment card data, government IDs, or secrets in keyword searches, profile fields, uploads, or messages.
2. Information we collect
- Keyword activity, trend requests, keyword idea requests, paths, query parameters, timestamps, cache identifiers, and related API responses.
- Account details such as name, email, username, role, authentication records, sessions, verification state, connected providers, and settings.
- Device and usage information such as IP address, user agent, browser, language, approximate region, referrer, page views, errors, performance timings, and security events.
- Preferences, cookies, local storage, analytics events, support messages, and administrator actions where configured.
3. How we use information
- Provide trend charts, keyword ideas, exports, public reports, account access, settings, and administrative functions.
- Request trend and keyword idea data from third-party providers and return the resulting datasets.
- Authenticate users, maintain sessions, remember preferences, enforce limits, prevent abuse, debug errors, and protect the service.
- Measure reliability and usage, improve performance, comply with law, and respond to lawful requests.
4. Cookies and local storage
- Authentication cookies keep you signed in and help protect your session.
- Preference cookies and browser local storage may store theme, login method, and recent keyword history.
- Google Analytics or related scripts may use cookies when analytics is enabled.
5. Providers and sharing
Trenzhub may use Cloudflare, Google, GitHub, trend data providers, analytics, authentication, storage, security, and infrastructure services.
Information may be shared with service providers, administrators, public keyword pages, legal authorities, or business successors when needed to operate, secure, support, or comply with obligations.
6. Retention and your choices
- Browser local storage remains on your device until you or your browser clears it.
- Account, session, avatar, operational, security, and analytics data are retained as needed for service, security, legal, audit, backup, or dispute purposes.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or information about processing.
7. Security, international use, and children
Trenzhub uses technical and organizational measures such as session controls, rate limits, access controls, and Cloudflare security features. No internet service is perfectly secure.
Providers may process information in countries different from where you live. Trenzhub is not directed to children under 13 or anyone not old enough to consent under applicable law.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the service, providers, laws, or business needs change. The updated version will be posted on this page when appropriate.
